How to Upload after being kicked out of ECO

*Log out, then log back in.

*scroll down( open cases)

*Click on case number.

*Disable Pop up blocker.

*Click Upload deposite.

A new page will open up as the" ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT UPLOAD"

*Maximize your screen

*Notice there are two columns (File name) and (Brief Description)

* under filename click the browse button

*select your desired file

* Under item title provide a title or brief description of the

file selected ( this title should match the titles in your

claim).

* Then click submit files to Copyright office.

The Difference between an Open Case and a Working Case

• Working cases are cased created but not paid for i.e... save for later, incomplete.

• Open Cases are cased that have bee.n paid for (35$). These cases are under review by examiner.

• Closed cases are cases Rejected or Approved.

How to Convert Music files to MP3

Select Music Location or keep it as default (totally up to you)

Select under format MP3

Select (Rip CD when inserted)

Then Click OK

The next time you enter a Music CD (WMP) will rip music to destination selected.
